If something is wrong with your order
- Return shipping is free. We will send you a prepaid return label.
- Your original shipping charge is refunded.
- If import duties were collected at checkout, they are refunded for the items you return.
If you changed your mind
- You arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Your original shipping charge is refunded when the whole order is returned.
- If import duties and taxes were charged on delivery, they are not refunded by us. Whether your customs authority refunds them on returned goods depends on your country.
